Logo Cloud Marketplace is the online sale platform for the SaaS products of the company including Logo Isbasi, Logo DYS, Logo Talent Management, Logo Payroll Management and Logo SaaS ERP.
The scope of the Cloud Marketplace project is defined as designing and developing the website for not only redirecting of current SaaS products' websites, but also providing sale platform for the future Cloud Products of Logo Software. According to users' current behaviors and marketing KPIs, the marketplace feature set is decided with 3 SaaS product as minimum viable products.

Together with the aim of redirecting current 3 SaaS products' websites to logo.cloud marketplace, project objectives are consist of business KPIs and design strategies.

- Make informed the visitors about Cloud products' advantages
- Help visitors to realize what they need and suggest a Cloud solution
- Tunneling the visitors for subscription
- Guide customers to extend their subscription period, add new features offers or upgrade package size.
- Direct visitors to Logo Software company website to offer on-premise product if their needs are not Cloud solutions.
- Provide a holistic experience for Logo company website and marketplace with the same brand perception.
The main purpose of project is providing a holistic sale experience for On-premise and Cloud product customers on the company website and marketplace.
After many stakeholder workshops for design strategy and project plan, design process was kicked off with user research studies. Totally 22 in-depth interviews with 12 on-premise product users, 4 SaaS product users, 4 product owners and 2 sales experts have been conducted to define the difference between on-premise and cloud product sale process. The outputs of the research study, service blueprint and user journey map, demonstrate that service priorities and process expectation of the customers are quite different because of the investment level.

The biggest challenge of the project has been defined as addressing the visitors of company website and cloud marketplace to the right product page. Especially, the customers who don't aware of what they need should be supported to define their problems first, and then inform them about the solutions of company.

For the purpose of holistic experience design, Information Architecture of marketplace has been structured according to the company website of Logo Software. Also, a kind of "bridges" between company website and cloud marketplace website has been built for the users to be able to land the page according to their needs.

Not only flows between company websites, also the touch points about sale and usage processes were considered for tunneling the users easy and frictionless purchase journey.

From Home Page to Authentication Form, marketplace webpages have been designed as focus on customers to find the right product. Solution list, product list, blog articles, FAQ, testimonials and contact forms are guiding visitors to discover what is their need and which product can solve their problem.

Additionally, Product Finder Tool is also aiming to collect users' information and suggest products according to users' answer. This interactive tool is also another "bridge" between company website and marketplace website to send visitor on-premise or cloud product detail page.



On the UI Design of the webpages, primary and secondary buttons, headers and tag elements are used with high contrast and sticky interactions for the purpose of tunnelling the visitor to checkout funnel. According to the marketing KPIs, Sign-up button is colored in green 00AE66, which is out of the color palette of the pages, to engage users to click on it and create new account.

UI components are targeting to keep visitors on the happy path and increase the conversion rate in addition to guidance for worst cases in further journey. As a preparation of this priority; filter, sort and search features are integrated on the list pages for new Cloud products of next phases.
