After many stakeholder workshops for design strategy and project plan, design process was kicked off with user research studies. Totally 22 in-depth interviews with 12 on-premise product users, 4 SaaS product users, 4 product owners and 2 sales experts have been conducted to define the difference between on-premise and cloud product sale process. The outputs of the research study, service blueprint and user journey map, demonstrate that service priorities and process expectation of the customers are quite different because of the investment level.
